The brief: 

Create a vibrant and flexible brand identity for 127CXR, a commercial property development in Central London, which captures the modern workspaces, reflects the spirit of the area and appeals to the urban commuting professional.

Scope of work: 

Working as an Account Director for Agency S/R, an award-winning creative design agency, I managed this multiple stakeholder project and delivered the on and off-line marketing collateral for the brand.  This included an interactive website (designed in Webflow), CGIs production and building flythrough, copywriting, brochures, hoarding, marketing emails and wayfinding signage.
